Sunderfolk™ is a turn-based tactical RPG adventure for one to four players that's tailored for a deeply engaging couch co-op experience.
Scanning a QR code on your TV/monitor will take you to the free Sunderfolk phone app (on both iOS and Android), which will transform your phone or tablet into your controller, hand of cards, rulebook, inventory, and more. Friends and family can learn to play quickly, since all the information they need will be in the palm of their hand.
The town of Arden is built around a remnant of a magical crystal known as brightstone. Your goal, as the heroes of this town, is to protect the townsfolk from the corruption of shadowstone, and defeat the threats lurking in the surrounding Sunderlands.
Take up the mantle of one of six unique classes, each with their own set of Skill Cards to suit different play styles.
The Arcanist controls and manipulates the battlefield by casting unique and powerful spells. They use Mana to deal massive damage, teleport friends and foes around the battlefield, and deploy Decoys to befuddle enemies.
The Bard focuses on creating songs that inspire allies and manipulate enemies to their doom. They’re able to create motes of magical music that buff allies, and their fleet footwork facilitates tactical collaboration by repositioning enemies and allies on the battlefield.
The Berserker is a frontline character who harnesses inner Rage to protect themself and deal more damage to monsters. They excel at taking hits, and when their teammates are in a tricky situation, flinging monsters or allies to more advantageous positions.
The Pyromancer specializes in engulfing the battlefield in red-hot flames, and relatedly excels at area-of-effect damage. They can generate Fire to damage their foes, or absorb those flames to get a damage boost.
The Ranger carefully scouts the Sunderlands, using lethal ranged attacks to take out foes they fight along the way. In addition to their powerful bow attacks, they leverage the power of nature to debuff foes and place vine traps to thwart enemies and strengthen their allies.
Rogue is a melee-focused character who balances high damage skills with evasive abilities…and a particular talent for acquiring treasure. They excel at dealing single-target damage to enemies while applying status effects and quickly escaping danger.
