It's been a while, hasn't it?

Our in-house studios and partner studios have been hard at work creating experiences and worlds we believe you will love. We’re thrilled to share with you what we’ve been working on, and hearing your feedback will be invaluable to us! 

It's important to note that this will be the first time our games will be playable by the public. Many of them might still be in earlier phases of development, which means you'll see a lot of work-in-progress content—from bugs to blips to everything in between.

Why do I need to sign up for playtesting?

This helps us identify and contact interested playtesters, as well as provide support and troubleshooting if any issues arise.

Why do you need this information on the survey?

The information on the playtest survey will help us identify the players we need, along with contacting interested players. If you want to learn about how we handle your data, please read our Privacy Policy.

When can I expect an invite, and is an invite guaranteed?

We can’t guarantee everyone’s participation since some playtesting opportunities may be limited. We’ll be inviting players based on a variety of reasons, including age, regions, and platforms. Keep a lookout in your emails over the next few months for an invite when we’re ready. To make sure you don't miss out on the chance to play, be sure to add emails from Dreamhaven to your safe-senders list!

Will I receive any special rewards or incentives for playtesting?

This might change from game to game, and is not guaranteed.

Will any progress I make during a playtest carry over?

No. We have no plans at this time for playtest progress to carry over.

I am under 13. Can I be part of the playtests?

You have to be over the age of 13 in order to sign up to participate in our playtests. If you are under the age of 13, please have your parent or guardian sign up for you.
