Today during the Dreamhaven Showcase, we shared that we’ve partnered with indie developer Game River to publish their RTS-inspired auto-battler Mechabellum.

‍Mechabellum puts players in command of a powerful and customizable mech army and sends them head-to-head in 1v1, 2v2, and chaotic four-player free-for-all battles. Like all the great classic strategy games, Mechabellum is eminently approachable while featuring deep tactical gameplay—a combination that makes for infinite replayability and a lot of fun.

To mark the beginning of our journey, we launched the Mechabellum Premium Edition. This commemorative version of the game offers players the standard edition plus 18 exclusive skins, along with unique avatars and special emoticons.

In addition, we’re hosting a packed community event that starts April 4 with a free-play weekend, enabling EVERYONE to jump in and wreak epic mechanized havoc. There will be showmatches between legendary RTS pros; community tournaments and events in North America, Germany, and China; and more.

April 5–6 will feature a special Steel vs Mobile Force competitive event: players who equip their mechs with either Steel or Mobile Force skins from the Premium Edition will have their wins tracked on a global leaderboard. The faction with the most wins will have their colors represented in an elite skin that will go on sale at a later date.
